How one idea became an operating intelligence platform.
The origin
In 2023 we launched MyWorkout.AI to solve a real problem. Generic, one size fits all programming was not helping people improve. So we built a system that assessed how a body actually moves and adapted from there.
The pivot
Building the client experience taught us something we did not expect. The training data was the asset, and the person who needed it most was the operator. Client behavior explains retention, trainer performance and revenue, and no one had connected those signals.
